1. Workspace Setup & AI Scaffolding
- 1Create or select your active workspace from the top-left workspace dropdown.
- 2Enter your project name, a concise description, and select either 'Solo' or 'Team' mode.
- 3Use the persistent AI prompt bar at the bottom to prompt Nexus: 'Create a technical spec and scaffold our initial Q3 backlog'.
- 4Review the generated nodes, documents, and task cards automatically populated into your workspace.
2. Navigating the Workspace & Sidebar
- 1Use the left sidebar icons to jump between Knowledge Graph, Documents, Goals, Tasks, Calendar, and File Manager.
- 2Press ⌘K anytime to open Universal Search across all notes, nodes, files, and tasks.
- 3Collapse the sidebar using the collapse button or resize its width by dragging the right border edge.
- 4Toggle between Obsidian Dark and Warm Ivory Light themes from the top header.
3. Workspace Management & Organization
- 1Switch seamlessly between distinct client engagements, engineering repositories, or company initiatives via the workspace switcher.
- 2Open Workspace Settings from the workspace menu to update the project description or customize visible tab layouts.
- 3Invite teammates directly into the active workspace with tailored permissions.
